Responsibilities
- Perform daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processing to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports and closing schedules.
- Review and audit expense reports, invoices, and payroll entries for accuracy and compliance.
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or SAP) to maintain up-to-date financial records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in general accounting, with at least 2 years preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting management systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during the night shift.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
