As a Night Shift Accountant, you will be responsible for processing financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accuracy during our peak operational hours. We value precision, efficiency, and a proactive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with high accuracy.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts on a nightly basis.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports and variance analysis.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
- Respond to internal accounting inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Accountant or Staff Accountant (2+ years preferred).
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Must be available to work night shifts (6:00 PM - 2:30 AM).
