Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation and closing procedures
- Process payroll and accounts payable/receivable overnight
- Prepare financial statements and regulatory compliance reports
- Analyze variance reports and identify discrepancies
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries
- Collaborate with day-team for handover processes
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Excel
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Excellent written and verbal communication
