Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-month-end closing processes including reconciliations and journal entries
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for executive leadership
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles with automated ERP systems
- Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews for SOX adherence
- Collaborate with international teams on multi-currency transactions
- Implement process improvements using Power BI and automation tools
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of general ledger experience with night shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in SAP/Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Strong analytical skills with data visualization experience
- Certification in process automation (UiPath or similar) a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
