Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day bank reconciliations and transaction verifications
- Process accounts payable/receivable during overnight hours
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and journal entries
- Generate daily financial reports for executive review
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Support audit preparations with accurate documentation
- Collaborate with offshore teams during overlapping hours
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 2+ years of night shift or remote accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong attention to detail with error-spotting skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with multi-currency transactions a plus
- Available to work 11 PM - 7 AM, Sunday - Thursday
