Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with strict adherence to GAAP
- Reconcile bank accounts and manage intercompany transactions
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles for night-shift operations
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable financial insights
- Maintain internal controls and ensure audit compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on operational financial needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (SAP/Oracle)
- Proven experience with night shift or remote financial operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
