Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with precision
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles during night shift hours
- Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Process payroll data for night shift employees
- Conduct variance analysis and financial reporting
- Maintain internal controls and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Strong proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks/ERP)
- CPA certification preferred
- Proven ability to work independently during night shifts
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with GAAP and SOX compliance
- Attention to detail with high accuracy standards
