Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day bank reconciliations and journal entries
- Process accounts payable/receivable overnight transactions
- Prepare financial statements and variance analyses
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly reviews
- Implement internal controls for overnight processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of general ledger experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong GAAP knowledge and attention to detail
- Night shift availability (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Experience with multi-currency transactions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
