- Manage month-end closing processes and reconcile GL accounts nightly
- Process high-volume accounts payable/receivable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for executive review
- Coordinate with auditors during overnight compliance checks
- Implement SOX controls for financial data integrity
- Lead cross-departmental financial reporting initiatives
- Maintain real-time dashboards for leadership decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years experience in night shift accounting roles
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and IRS regulations
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in high-pressure environments
