Responsibilities

- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger entries
- Process payroll and accounts payable/receivable transactions
- Analyze financial data for variance reporting and trends
- Maintain internal controls and ensure SOX compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments on financial projects
- Prepare audit schedules and support external auditors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of general ledger accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Night shift availability with flexibility for occasional overtime
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
