Responsibilities
- Perform month-end closing procedures and financial reconciliations during night shift hours
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with precision and timeliness
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for executive review
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and supporting documentation
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure continuity
- Assist with internal audits and compliance requirements
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis projects as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, SAP, or similar ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
