Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions and vendor invoices nightly
- Conduct three-way matching for purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Manage payment runs and ensure timely vendor disbursements
- Maintain accurate digital filing systems for financial records
- Collaborate with international teams across time zones
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience required
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Associates degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- AP certification (CAPP) a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Strong communication skills across virtual platforms
