Responsibilities
- Perform full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly.
- Manage general ledger functions and prepare financial reports.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax preparation support.
- Review and code invoices for accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or Desktop, Xero, or Sage.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor's preferred).
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
