Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional service by resolving inquiries, explaining products, and identifying cross-sell opportunities
- Balance cash drawers and maintain precise transaction records daily
- Adhere to strict security protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Support branch operations through lobby management and new account assistance
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling experience in banking or retail environment
- Proven ability to operate multi-line phone systems and basic office equipment
- Strong mathematical aptitude with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills with ability to serve diverse customer base
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations and security procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
