Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough audits of industrial and commercial equipment to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and state-specific regulations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance programs and safety protocols tailored to the Scottsdale market.
- Inspect facilities and job sites regularly to identify potential hazards, non-compliance issues, and operational risks.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation regarding audit findings, corrective actions, and regulatory status.
- Train and mentor junior staff and field operations on compliance requirements and proper equipment usage.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external regulatory bodies to resolve compliance discrepancies.
- Manage the tracking and maintenance of all provided compliance equipment to ensure readiness and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Safety, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in compliance auditing, risk management, or safety inspection.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations regarding equipment safety and environmental compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, often in diverse locations.
- Certification such as CSP, CIH, or CPC is highly desirable.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
