Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret complex regulatory frameworks to ensure organizational adherence.
- Conduct regular internal audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance gaps.
- Develop, implement, and maintain effective compliance programs and policies.
- Train staff on legal standards, ethical guidelines, and internal procedures.
- Prepare and present detailed compliance reports to senior management and regulatory bodies.
- Investigate and resolve compliance-related incidents and grievances.
- Stay updated on changes in legislation and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in compliance, auditing, or risk management.
- Strong working knowledge of federal and state regulations relevant to the industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) or similar certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance management software.
