Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive compliance programs and policies aligned with industry standards.
- Conduct regular internal audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance gaps.
- Monitor changes in local, state, and federal regulations to ensure our operations remain compliant.
- Prepare and file necessary regulatory reports and documentation in a timely manner.
- Train employees on compliance policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Investigate and resolve compliance violations or discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in compliance, risk management, or auditing.
- Strong working knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., OSHA, SEC, EPA).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Professional certification (e.g., CAM, CCEP) is a plus.
