Responsibilities
- Assist in daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and record maintenance.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements to ensure accuracy.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and ledgers.
- Organize and file physical and digital financial documents.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll documentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
