Responsibilities
- Perform daily data entry and reconcile bank statements accurately.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, ledgers, and journals.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for financial documents.
- Support the payroll process under supervision.
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks training provided).
- Communicate with clients and vendors regarding invoices and payments.
Qualifications
