Responsibilities
- Assist with the daily processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and financial reports.
- Support the payroll process by gathering necessary documentation and data.
- File and organize financial records and documents in compliance with company policies.
- Perform basic audits and assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax returns.
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing inquiries and payments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
