Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices (200+ daily) with 99.8% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies within SLAs
- Optimize AP workflows using Oracle NetSuite ERP system
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams on 3-way matching
- Implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage month-end closing activities and reporting
- Train 2 junior AP associates on new systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years AP experience in tech/manufacturing
- Advanced proficiency in Oracle NetSuite or SAP
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
- Experience with high-volume payment processing (>$50M annually)
- Expertise in sales tax compliance across 15+ states
- Proven success implementing AP automation tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
