Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and metrics to forecast performance and identify growth opportunities
- Develop comprehensive financial models, budgets, and variance reports for executive review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency
- Prepare detailed presentations and dashboards for stakeholders and board members
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements in financial reporting
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing procedures
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex modeling)
- Expert knowledge of financial reporting tools (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Excellent communication skills for presenting financial insights to non-financial stakeholders
- Certification (CPA, CMA) or actively pursuing certification
- Experience in multinational finance operations preferred
