Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage time and attendance systems and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with federal/state tax regulations and labor laws
- Prepare and submit payroll tax filings (Form 941, state reports)
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare quarterly reports
- Assist with new hire onboarding and payroll documentation
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries within SLA
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification preferred
- Proficiency with Excel and HRIS systems
- Knowledge of CA labor laws and payroll regulations
- BS in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Proven attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
