Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Prepare basic financial reports and statements
- Manage expense reports and reimbursements
- Support tax preparation documentation
- Maintain organized financial records
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- 0-2 years of accounting experience (welcomed but not required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (for occasional client visits)
