- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and account reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and ensure timely processing
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis for client projects
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for financial data management and reporting
- Support tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Conduct internal audits to ensure financial accuracy

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks software
