Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for diverse client portfolios using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with actionable insights
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and bank reconciliations
- Coordinate payroll processing and tax compliance documentation
- Implement internal controls and process improvements for efficiency
- Collaborate with CPAs during audits and tax season preparation
- Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with GAAP standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting software
- Proven track record of managing multi-client bookloads
- Strong understanding of payroll tax regulations and compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail with error reconciliation skills
