Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions and reconcile bank accounts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Assist in the preparation of federal and state tax filings and returns.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments.
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop and monitor the annual budget.
- Prepare and analyze variance reports to provide insights to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- 3+ years of experience in general accounting or financial analysis.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
