Responsibilities
- Assist with monthly and quarterly financial statement preparation
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
- Support general ledger maintenance and account analysis
- Prepare and process payroll documentation
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Contribute to internal audit processes and controls
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks/ERP systems) for data entry
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent education)
- 0-2 years of professional experience (recent graduates welcome)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
