Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform daily accounts payable and receivable processing to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain and organize general ledger accounts and financial records.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close process.
- Prepare and send invoices to clients and vendors accurately.
- Support the finance team with data entry and reporting tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas).
- Basic understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
