Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable cycle including invoice processing, verification, and payment scheduling
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Collaborate with procurement to maintain accurate vendor master data
- Analyze payment trends and implement process improvements for efficiency
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal audit requirements
- Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting
- Train junior AP staff on best practices and system usage
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) designation a plus
- Proven experience with high-volume transaction processing
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
