Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements on a monthly basis.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and balance sheets.
- Perform basic payroll processing and maintain accurate timekeeping records.
- Organize and file financial documents, receipts, and invoices.
- Update and maintain the general ledger system.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc financial analysis tasks.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping practices, and financial terminology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect errors in data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly and concisely.
