Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Manage vendor invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
- Reconcile GL accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Optimize payment processing cycles using NetSuite ERP
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams on vendor contracts
- Implement process improvements to reduce processing time
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal policies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite or similar ERP systems
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance requirements
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- BS/BA in Accounting or Finance preferred
- AP or CAPP certification highly desirable
- Experience with 3-way matching and international vendors
