Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with precision
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions within NetSuite
- Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting documentation
- Assist with bank reconciliations and variance analysis
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Manage vendor invoices and expense reports
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or relevant certification (e.g., Bookkeeper Certificate)
- 1-2 years of bookkeeping or accounting internship experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
