Responsibilities
- Perform accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations for client accounts
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and compliance documentation
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with precision
- Conduct bank account reconciliations and variance analysis
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data entry and reporting
- Adhere to GAAP standards and internal control protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (graduating seniors welcome)
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
