You will manage daily financial transactions, ensure accuracy in our reporting, and support our clients with their accounting needs. Responsibilities
- Manage and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a monthly basis.
- Assist with payroll preparation and processing to ensure employees are paid correctly and on time.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups).
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
