As a Bookkeeper, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial health of our diverse portfolio of clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly.
- Process payroll accurately and on schedule.
- Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger records.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and tax preparation support.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred).
- Proven experience with QuickBooks Online or Xero.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups).
- Knowledge of California tax regulations is a strong plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
