Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare monthly financial statements.
- Process payroll accurately and on time using QuickBooks Online.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings.
- Reconcile credit card statements and expense reports.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial records.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional Bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Xero, or Sage is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) are required.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
