Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions on a monthly basis.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and general ledgers.
- Maintain accurate and organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Process and invoice clients accurately and in a timely manner.
- Support the senior accounting team with month-end close procedures.
- Perform basic data entry and ensure all financial records are up to date.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors in numbers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn industry-specific accounting software (training provided).
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
