Key Responsibilities:

- Process and post invoices accurately and efficiently to ensure timely client billing.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue payments to minimize revenue leakage.
- Reconcile billing statements, resolve discrepancies, and communicate with internal teams and external clients.
- Maintain and update billing records in our ERP system (SAP/Oracle experience preferred).
- Generate monthly financial reports and variance analysis for management review.
- Collaborate with the sales and collections teams to improve the overall revenue cycle process.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a similar finance role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel functions.
- Experience with ERP software (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
