Responsibilities
- Process and verify high volumes of invoices with a focus on 100% accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including collections and aging.
- Reconcile monthly billing statements and resolve any discrepancies or billing errors.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal departments to resolve billing inquiries and payment issues.
- Generate and analyze monthly financial reports to support revenue forecasting and budgeting.
- Maintain accurate records in our ERP system (SAP/Oracle) and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly audits and financial documentation.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 2-5 years of proven experience in billing, accounts receivable, or general accounting.
- Proficiency with billing software (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and billing cycles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing interactions.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
