- Implement billing process improvements using Epic EMR systems
- Train junior staff on coding standards (CPT/ICD-10)
- Conduct quarterly audits for HIPAA and CMS compliance
- Collaborate with collections department for A/R optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of healthcare billing experience in Arizona
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) credential required
- Expertise in Epic Resolute RCM and Availity platforms
- Advanced knowledge of Arizona Medicaid and Blue Cross plans
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with pivot table skills
- Demonstrated track record of reducing claim denial rates
