Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes including invoicing, payment collection, and reconciliation
- Resolve billing discrepancies and account receivables issues with clients
- Collaborate with sales and accounting teams to ensure timely revenue recognition
- Maintain accurate billing records in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Prepare monthly billing reports and analyze aging accounts
- Support audits by providing documentation and compliance evidence
- Implement process improvements to enhance billing efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing/accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Advanced Excel skills with financial modeling capabilities
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and revenue recognition principles
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent experience
- Experience in healthcare or B2B billing preferred
