Responsibilities
- Process and verify customer invoices with a high degree of accuracy.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries promptly.
- Prepare and distribute monthly billing statements and reports.
- Maintain accurate records in the billing system and general ledger.
- Collaborate with the accounts receivable team to optimize cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related financial role.
- Proficiency in billing software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Salesforce) and MS Office Suite (Excel is essential).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
