Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing operations including invoice generation, payment processing, and reconciliation
- Resolve complex billing discrepancies and customer inquiries with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new billing software and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
- Analyze billing data to identify trends and recommend process optimizations
- Maintain accurate financial records using Oracle NetSuite and Salesforce CRM
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in medical or enterprise billing with demonstrated expertise in revenue cycle management
- Proficiency in billing software (Oracle NetSuite, Meditech, or equivalent)
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) or CPA preferred
- Advanced knowledge of HIPAA and SOX compliance requirements
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail for complex financial data
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
