- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure accurate charge documentation
- Prepare monthly financial reports and aging analyses
- Maintain HIPAA compliance in all billing operations
- Train staff on billing protocols and regulatory updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience in a Philadelphia healthcare setting
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC certification required
- Expertise in CPT/ICD-10 coding and claim submission
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and billing software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with Medicaid/Medicare reimbursement regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Finance preferred
