Responsibilities
- Process and verify high volumes of invoices and billing statements with 100% accuracy.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances to ensure timely collection.
- Resolve billing discrepancies, data entry errors, and billing inquiries from clients promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the finance team to implement process improvements and optimize cash flow strategies.
- Maintain and update client billing records in our ERP system (SAP/Oracle) with strict adherence to compliance standards.
- Prepare monthly reconciliation reports and assist with the month-end close processes.
- Assist in training junior staff on billing policies and software usage.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in billing, accounts receivable, or revenue cycle management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Experience with billing software and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is a strong plus).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interactions.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
