Responsibilities
- Generate, review, and distribute accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, errors, and customer inquiries.
- Reconcile daily transactions and ensure all financial records are up to date.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Prepare monthly billing reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or revenue cycle management.
