Responsibilities
- Process and manage high-volume invoices with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Reconcile accounts receivable and resolve discrepancies with clients and vendors.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding billing inquiries and account status.
- Utilize billing software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or proprietary platforms) to maintain accurate financial records.
- Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on overdue payments to improve cash flow.
- Prepare monthly billing reports and assist in month-end close processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or revenue cycle management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups).
- Experience with billing software and accounting systems is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
