Responsibilities
- Process and submit accurate invoices to clients while maintaining detailed billing records
- Reconcile accounts receivable reports to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments
- Collaborate with sales teams to verify contract terms and billing specifications
- Manage credit card processing and ACH transactions for seamless client payments
- Generate monthly billing reports and analytics for financial review
- Implement improvements to billing workflows using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Respond to client billing inquiries within 24 hours with professional solutions
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience in a B2B environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and billing software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and revenue recognition standards
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven error rates below 0.5%
- Ability to manage high-volume transactions during month-end closes
- Experience with EDI integration and electronic payment systems
