Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes for corporate clients
- Resolve billing discrepancies through detailed account reconciliation
- Process high-volume invoices and ensure timely submission
- Collaborate with sales and collections teams for account updates
- Analyze billing data to identify process improvement opportunities
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and financial regulations
- Generate monthly billing reports for executive review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of billing/collections experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP/Pivot Table expertise
- Certified Billing Specialist (CBS) designation a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
